About The Book

Description

Unspeakable acts. Insanely perverse. The ultimate revenge. Set deep in the untamed backwoods of Virginia, HEADER depicts the collision course between ATF Agent Stewart Cummings and ex-con Travis Clyde Tuckton. Stew’s sickly wife puts a major strain on his wallet, forcing him to traffic drugs to make ends meet. Meanwhile, Travis returns to live with Pappy Martin, who mentors him about family feuds, sexual perversion, and most importantly, how to exact revenge on one’s enemies. Desperation, rape, and murder spiral out of control triggering a hellish conclusion that defies description. This is the original story that started Edward Lee’s Header book series, and the one that inspired the cult-classic film, HEADER, available at https://app.gumroad.com/whatsaheader - a tale of consummate grotesquerie filled with unimaginable acts of brutal violence and depravity. This Special 15th Anniversary Motion Picture Edition includes a movie production image gallery, plus a forward written by Jack Ketchum and an afterward by Edward lee.
