Information to include

Please provide:

• The exact Boovie page URL and identification of the image, text, or other material you are reporting.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

How Boovie responds

We will review copyright notices promptly and act expeditiously to remove or disable access to material identified in a valid notice. If we need additional information to identify the material or assess your request, we may contact you.

Where material originates from an external data provider, we may also notify that provider. This does not replace addressing the material displayed on Boovie.
